Fiberglass :

Our standard production consists of :

• 1 Layer of Gel-Coat high quality iso NPG, ensuring longevity and gloss
• 2 Layers of fiberglass Matt 300g/m²
• Reinforcements Carbon/Kevlar
• 1 Layer of fiberglass twill fabric 125g/m²
• All bound with a high quality orthophthalic polyester resin.
• 1 veil of matte black paint finish inside the parts
• All parts are polished after deburring and removal of joint planes

Carbon / Kevlar

For better resistance, and therefore longer life of our parts, all attachment points are reinforced with carbon / Kevlar. The combination of these two materials ensures excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing .
